4. Sample request policy (for foreign buyers)

1) Samples Delivery charges: buyers should provide UPS, FEDEX or DHL account to pay sample delivery charges anytime. With any courier account, buyers can pay delivery charges by Western Union ,which could assure us to receive the charges ASAP to make delivery.

2 ) Sample Cos t: Buyers must be responsible for samples cost. Sample cost: 300% of the original unit price/pc

3 ) Silk screen print : its cost depends on color quantity and logo size ect.

4) Cost refunded : when place the order, All sample cost could be refunded after order is placed with order amount over US$60000.00, otherwise; we just refund the additional double sample charges.

5) Courier Servic e: Fedex,UPS or DHL account must be provided for delivering the samples or buyers send us the delivery charge to pay the courier company .
